Thanks for making your booking enquiry. We can’t wait to welcome you back to the S Lounge but as these are unusual times, there are a few unusual T&C’s that we need to highlight.
Please read below before making your booking.
We have 2 areas, inside and outside. Once you have selected your date, please choose this option first, to see what seating availability is for each session.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum table booking for inside seating is 2 people and outside seating is 4. Due to capacity limits, bookings for 2 may be seated on shared tables. The maximum group booking is 20 people. For larger group enquiries, please contact management to discuss prior to making any booking.
Session times are as advertised and duration is 2.5hrs. A $10 per person live entertainment cover charge applies to all bookings which contributes to the cost of live entertainment throughout the week. Walks ups are most welcome but subject to availability and the $10 entertainment fee will be added to your first order. Where the S Lounge is open prior to, or after advertised session times seating will be on a first come basis and if there is no live entertainment the $10 fee will not apply.
Seating Options - Check availability for your preferred session and select the appropriate area when booking. PLEASE NOTE! If your booking confirmation does not list the date, session, tickets and payment confirmation then please go back and check there is availability for you preferred session. In some cases, the booking system will let you proceed and send you a blank confirmation. Unfortunately your booking is not confirmed and we apologise for this. We are are working with our IT company to fix this gremlin.
Takeaway drinks and food are available with no minimum spend but must be consumed off premise.
THE COVID STUFF!
As per government regulations and our Covid-19 safe plan, all patrons are required to supply their contact details. Check in via the QR code on your tables or ask staff for a record sheet. All details will be discarded after 28 days.
All guests must remain seated while at the venue. For outside seating, order at the window and food and beverages will be delivered via table service. For inside seating, please order from a staff member and your order will be brought to your table. No standing around tables or at the bar.
Dancing and Karaoke are currently not permitted (yeah, we know it's like a scene from Footloose but them's the current rules!)
Please wear a face mask when moving about the venue eg, ordering or paying at the bar, going to the toilet. And…please practice social distancing when at S Lounge to keep everyone safe and so we can stay open and keep Sipping, Singing and Smiling! If you or your group refuse to comply with the rules you may be asked to leave the venue.
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within 48 hours and no shows will result in any deposit being forfeited.
Table reservations will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes past reservation time before being released.
If we are unable to proceed with your booking due to updated Covid-19 and government restrictions we will refund your booking in full.
