All patrons are required to be COVID-19 Double Vaccinated in order to enter our premises or have an Australian Government recognised medical exemption. This includes outdoor seating.

All patrons must check in and show vaccination certificates or legal exemption. Only official Government certificates will be accepted (No vaccination cards, photocopies etc) When booking your session you confirm that all your guests meet the above vaccination and entrance requirements.

No double session bookings allowed. All bookings must arrive within 15 minutes of booking time or your table will be released. Please respect that we have other bookings and vacate your table by the end of your allotted time. Should you wish to arrive earlier than the advertised session time please contact management directly to discuss. 

Table bookings are available for inside seating only with a minimum booking of 2 people. The maximum group booking is 10 people. For larger group bookings or special requests please contact management to discuss prior to making any booking. Walks ups are most welcome but subject to availability.  If you are unable to attend or your group size changes, please do us the courtesy of sending a message so we can make available seating for others. Seating is allocated by the venue according to group size and capacity.

Your ticket guarantees your seat and contributes to paying our fabulous entertainers. Walk-ins are most welcome but subject to availability and cover charge. (Single walk-ins may be seated on shared tables)


Outdoor seating– is free and can be reserved via our booking system but subject to session times and conditions as outlined above. Please note that outdoor seating is weather protected but not weather proof. Dress accordingly! It is Melbourne!!!


Bookings are non refundable except in the event of Covid lockdowns or venue capacity reductions. 'No shows' will result in any payment being forfeited. ​Table reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past reservation time before being released with any booking fee forfeited. Should you wish to arrive earlier than the advertised session time please contact management directly to discuss. 


If we are unable to proceed with your booking due to updated Covid-19 and government restrictions we will contact you to reschedule or refund your booking in full. Where capacity limits are reduced inline with government restrictions cancellations may unfortunately occur. Priority to any remaining seats will be given to the people who booked first. Group bookings unfortunately may need to be rescheduled. We deeply apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
