A $1 per ticket booking fee applies to all tickets for our free music sessions which confirms your reservation and helps offset the merchant fees and associated charges. Due to the large number of 'no shows' and short notice booking cancellations any changes to your booking must be advised a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event date. A $25 per ticket no show fee will apply where tickets are booked and not honoured and be automatically charged to your credit card. To advise of cancellations or changes, email us at or contact us via Facebook Messenger. All bookings must arrive within 15 minutes of the session start time or your table will be released and the no show fee charged.


All bookings must arrive within 15 minutes of booking time or your table will be released. Should you wish to arrive earlier than the advertised session time or have a special request please contact management directly to discuss. 

Table bookings are available for inside seating only with a minimum booking of 2 people. The maximum group booking is 10 people. For larger group bookings or special requests please contact management to discuss prior to making any booking. Walks ups are most welcome but subject to availability and cover charge (if applicable). Seating is allocated by the venue according to group size and capacity. Single walk-ins may be seated on shared tables. Outdoor seating is free and can be reserved. Please note that outdoor seating is weather protected but not weather proof. Dress accordingly! It is Melbourne!!!​


We have temporarily removed our entertainment cover charge providing free entry to most sessions*. We have replaced it with a 15% surcharge during the live performance sessions. The surcharge goes directly to help us pay our artists and has replaced the ticket fee. Entry to the session may be free however the musicians aren’t so we require a minimum spend of $30pp.
* Not including Special Events and Bingo


If we are unable to proceed with your booking due to updated Covid-19 and government restrictions we will contact you to reschedule or refund your booking in full. Where capacity limits are reduced inline with government restrictions cancellations may unfortunately occur. Priority to any remaining seats will be given to the people who booked first. Group bookings unfortunately may need to be rescheduled. We deeply apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.


In consideration for the safety of everyone, please do not attend S Lounge if you are experiencing any of the following: Fever, Chills or sweats, Cough, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, Runny Nose, Loss of smell.
