Thanks for making your booking enquiry. We can’t wait to welcome you back to the S Lounge but as these are unusual times, there are a few unusual T&C’s that we need to highlight.
Please read below before making your booking.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Table bookings are available for inside seating only, with minimum booking of 2 people — may be seated on shared tables. The maximum group booking is 10 people. For larger group bookings or special requests please contact management to discuss prior to making any booking.
Sippers Club events can be booked individually — may be seated on shared tables. There is no group limit for Sippers Club.
A $10pp live entertainment cover charge applies to Wednesday Bingo and $15pp for Fri/Sat live music sessions. Special conditions and variable ticket prices for some sessions and events will apply. The booking fee guarantees your seat at the session and and goes directly to paying our fabulous entertainers. Walks ins are most welcome but subject to availability and $15 cover charge. After 9.30pm, walkin cover charge is $10. Where the S Lounge is open prior to, or after advertised session times seating will be on a first come basis at no charge.
Seating is allocated by the venue however if you have a specific request please contact us by email or direct message.
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within 3 days of the event and no shows will result in any payment being forfeited.
Table reservations will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes past reservation time before being released with any booking fee forfeited. Should you wish to arrive earlier than the advertised session time please contact management directly to discuss.
If we are unable to proceed with your booking due to updated Covid-19 and government restrictions we will refund your booking in full.
THE COVID STUFF!
As per government regulations and our Covid-19 safe plan, all patrons are required to supply their contact details. Check in via the QR code on your tables or ask staff for a record sheet. All details will be discarded after 28 days.
For outside seating, order at the window and food and beverages will be delivered via table service. For inside seating, order directly from the bar. Please keep the footpath and internal walkways clear and wear your face mask when moving throughout the venue and ordering.
Please practice social distancing when at S Lounge to keep everyone safe and so we can stay open and keep Sipping, Singing and Smiling! If you or your group refuse to comply with the rules you may be asked to leave the venue.
